To participate in the VPK portion of Pre-Kindergarten, please complete a VPK application. Go to http://elcpinellas.net/downloads-families.php to register online or call (727) 548-1439 to find a location to register in person. This is in addition to completion of the St. Cecelia School application.
In order to receive VPK funding, a student must adhere to the following attendance policy:
The VPK program allows for no more than 20% of total VPK hours for absences. This breaks down to roughly 36 absences during the school year calendar for 2025-2026.
Should your child exceed the total absences allowed, they will be withdrawn from the VPK program at our site. You may choose to continue your child’s education with us by using our private pay program. Details and costs will be conveyed should this become necessary.
Parents will verify their child’s attendance each month by signing a Parental Choice Long Form the last day of each month. St. Cecelia Catholic School cannot amend its VPK attendance policy for the duration of the current school year’s VPK program.

FACTS has updated its Privacy Policy and COPPA Direct Notice, which describes how it protects the privacy of our families and handles their data in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This communication will be distributed to users via a pop-up message when logging into FACTS SIS and will contain an FAQ to help answer potential questions.
